Stay at the forefront of AI/GenAI advancements, identifying and championing new applications for our business.
Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI and GenAI solutions across various domains.
Must have exposure of implementing AI projects in Healthcare space.
Oversee the entire AI/GenAI development lifecycle, from problem definition to model deployment and performance monitoring.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions within our products and workflows.
Advocate for responsible AI practices and ensure adherence to ethical guidelines.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analyze and optimize AI model performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Minimum 5 Years of Experience in 5 Years from Data Science/Artificial Intelligence and 2+ Years into Generative AI.
Experience in developing and deploying AI/ Gen AI solutions that deliver real-world business value.
n-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing techniques.
Extensive experience with generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs) and RAG framework and their applications.
Strong software development skills in Python and familiarity with relevant AI/ML libraries.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language.
