Generative AI Application Engineer

As a part of the AI innovation team, you will have a significant role in developing and optimizing Generative AI solutions for real-world applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art AI-driven applications that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Deep Learning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing AI-powered applications, fine-tuning pre-trained models, and integrating AI with existing business systems. Your key responsibilities will include building and deploying AI-driven applications using GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, or similar LLMs, fine-tuning pre-trained models for domain-specific tasks, integrating AI solutions into CRMs, automation tools, and cloud-based platforms, creating robust APIs for seamless integration of generative AI capabilities, utilizing tools like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities, establishing monitoring pipelines for AI model drift and continuous improvement, researching and experimenting with new AI architectures and generative AI innovations, and collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to ensure seamless AI adoption. To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in AI/ML application development focusing on Generative AI. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain is required. Additionally, experience in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, model optimization, NLP, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is essential. Hands-on experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment, strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI development, as well as excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring, understanding of multi-modal AI (text, image, audio generation), exposure to Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and prior experience in AI-driven automation, chatbots, or intelligent assistants.
