Generalist Analyst

Role Overview: Would you like a role that makes a real-world impact Join Resolver's Intelligence team to help protect children and vulnerable users online. As part of a diverse team of analysts, you will identify online threats related to Trust & Safety areas such as Violent Extremism, Graphic Violence, Child Endangerment, and Suicide/Self-harm. Your role will involve using research, intelligence, and analysis to contribute to making the internet a safer place for everyone. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively research new trends and areas of risk in online safety - Solve problems by being highly inquisitive - Write concise and informative reports with excellent communication skills - Collaborate with global teams, writing up handover notes and meeting outcomes - Demonstrate interest in intelligence and intelligence analysis - Carry out research across different social media platforms - Exhibit excellent research and report-writing skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail - Prioritize, manage deadlines, and workloads across multiple issues/cases - Be creative and flexible in addressing specific case or project needs and changes of circumstance Qualifications Required: - Fluent proficiency in English and Bengali, Tamil, Marathi, or Telugu - Existing knowledge and ability to research across various social media platforms - Strong research and report-writing skills with critical thinking and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and workloads across multiple issues/cases Additional Details: Resolver invests in its people and believes in a balance of hard work and fun.
