Job Title: General Surgeon Qualification: MS in General Surgery Experience: Minimum 10 years Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients to determine the need for surgery. Perform general surgical procedures such as appendectomy, hernia repair, gallbladder removal, abscess drainage, and more. Handle both elective and emergency surgeries. Conduct pre-operative assessments and explain procedures to patients and families. Provide post-operative care, manage recovery, and handle complications if they arise. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other specialists as needed. Maintain accurate surgical notes, patient records, and discharge summaries. Follow all hospital policies and surgical safety standards. Train and supervise junior doctors and surgical assistants. Participate in case reviews, audits, and hospital meetings.
