Role Description This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in Vaniyambadi. The Assistant will support daily operations including scheduling, data entry, record management, and communication coordination. Responsibilities include supporting various departments, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and handling office administrative tasks. Qualifications Administrative skills: Scheduling, Data Entry, and Record Management Communication skills: Correspondence Management and Coordination Organizational skills: Office Administration and Time Management Technical proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Detail-oriented and Strong multitasking abilities High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
