Job Description

PBHM Medical Center is looking for an experienced General Practitioner (GP Doctor) to independently manage OPD and provide high-quality patient care. The candidate must be confident in day-to-day consultations and able to handle basic emergencies when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent OPD consultations
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses
• Manage basic emergency care
• Order & interpret lab tests, ECG, and other diagnostic investigations
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Offer preventive healthcare guidance & follow-ups
• Coordinate with PBHM nursing, lab, and pharmacy teams

Requirements

• MBBS from a recognized institution
• Valid State Medical Council registration
• Minimum 2 years clinical/OPD experience (mandatory)
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills
• Ability to manage OPD independently

Work Schedule

• 10-hour duty (fixed schedule)
• Weekly off as per roster

Salary

• Competitive salary based on experience

(Kerala GP range: ₹50,000–₹90,000/month depending on experience)
