You will be joining Circle Health, an accountable care network dedicated to managing your health effectively to minimize the risk of serious illness and provide support for episodic health needs. The focus is on long-term health and prevention rather than just symptom treatment, ensuring comprehensive care for you. As a General Practitioner at Circle Health, you will work full-time on-site. Your responsibilities will include offering primary care services such as preventive consults, managing patient cases, performing medical assessments, and recommending treatments. Collaboration with paramedical and support staff, delivering family medicine services, and active participation in training programs are also key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, along with a background in Family Medicine. Training in healthcare practices is a requirement, as well as exceptional diagnostic abilities and very good communication skills. You must be willing to work from the office and hold board certification in General Practice or Family Medicine.
