Key

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the catalogue of emergency services offered, updating it based on hospital policies and community needs
Formulate, agree on, and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) related to emergency care, ensuring targets for response times, patient flow, and treatment outcomes are met
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, admissions, and support services for seamless ER operations
Supervise and organize all emergency activities and staff, including triage, patient flow management, and compliance with protocols
Implement quality assurance systems, conduct regular staff training, and evaluate emergency care standards
Collect, analyze, and report data on ER performance indicators for continuous improvement
Skills and QualificationsStrong understanding of emergency room procedures, hospital operations, and patient management standards
Experience in team management, data analysis, and process improvement in clinical settings
Ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families under stressful situations
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, bio-medical waste management, and universal aseptic precautions

Qualification
