Role Overview: You have the opportunity to lead as the "General Partner - StellarNOVA Emerging India Fund" at StellarNOVA Ventures, a global venture investment firm focusing on tech-driven startups. Your role will involve fundraising, investment strategy, portfolio scaling, and ecosystem development to drive the growth of the fund. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute investment strategy by sourcing, evaluating, and investing in high-growth, tech-driven startups. - Collaborate with founders, accelerators, and syndicates to build a strong deal flow pipeline. - Lead due diligence, valuation, and structuring of investments in promising pre-seed to growth-stage startups. - Lead capital-raising efforts by leveraging existing LP networks and develop LP engagement strategies. - Actively work with portfolio startups to provide strategic mentorship, scaling support, and drive portfolio performance. - Identify and execute exit strategies such as M&As, secondary sales, and IPOs. - Strengthen StellarNOVA's brand positioning as a leading global VC fund with a deep focus on India & emerging SEA. - Engage in thought leadership activities like writing industry reports, hosting roundtables, and building relationships with investors and VCs. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in raising capital for VC or PE funds with a strong network of LPs and institutional investors. - Hands-on experience in sourcing, structuring, and scaling venture investments in tech-driven sectors. - Deep understanding of India's startup ecosystem, regulatory landscape, and growth opportunities. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute, drive deals, and scale investments. - 7+ years of experience in VC, PE, or Investment Banking with an MBA from a Tier-1 institution or equivalent experience. - Strong network of LPs, HNWIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors. - Passion for technology, startups, and venture capital with a global perspective.
