Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machines to ensure smooth production processes. The role requires adherence to safety standards, maintaining quality output, and supporting production goals.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machines used in the production process.
Set up machines before starting production to ensure proper functioning.
Inspect parts and products for quality assurance.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
Troubleshoot issues and report malfunctions to supervisors.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Keep accurate records of production output.
Assist in loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean work area.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred.
Basic understanding of machine operations and safety guidelines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina to stand and operate machines for long shifts.
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or ITI/Diploma (preferred).
