Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care to patients by conducting thorough assessments, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-hospital care

Ensure accurate documentation of patient information, treatment plans, and medical histories

Assist in minor medical procedures and provide support during emergency situations

Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards

Participate in continuous professional development and attend training sessions to stay updated with nursing best practices

Required

A valid nursing license and registration to practice as a general nurse

A degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting

Strong communication and interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
