Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Medicine Doctor to join our Chakra healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of medical conditions, while providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient and inpatient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment.
Manage acute and chronic illnesses across a wide range of medical conditions.
Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies.
Perform routine check-ups, health assessments, and preventive care.
Collaborate with specialists and healthcare staff for holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health management.
