About the Role We are seeking an experienced M&A professional to lead strategic transactions end-to-endoriginating opportunities, driving commercial and financial evaluation, leading due diligence, and ensuring seamless integration. This role will work closely with leadership to shape long-term growth through acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships. Roles and Responsibilities: Deal Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify acquisition targets, conduct market and financial analysis, and build valuation models. Due Diligence & Execution: Lead end-to-end due diligence across functions, coordinate with advisors, and support negotiations and deal documentation. ¢ Strategic Projects: Evaluate partnerships, investments, and new business/market expansion opportunities. ¢ Post-Merger Integration: Develop integration plans, track synergies, and ensure smooth operational and financial integration. ¢ Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Prepare investment memos and board presentations, collaborate with business leaders, and support strategic decision-making. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS ¢ 814 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory. ¢ Strong proficiency in financial modelling, valuations, due diligence, and deal structuring. ¢ Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines. ¢ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. ¢ Exposure to cross-border deals or PMI is a strong advantage. ¢ Qualifications: MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
