Role & Responsibilities

• Perform general and laparoscopic surgical procedures (elective & emergency).
• Manage pre- and post-operative patient care.
• Ensure compliance with NABH quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional clinical outcomes.
• Participate in departmental meetings, CMEs, and hospital quality initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

• MBBS with MS/DNB in General Surgery (recognized by NMC/MCI).
• 3–5 years of post-PG experience in a reputed NABH-accredited hospital.
• Proficiency in advanced laparoscopic techniques.
• Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
