General Dentist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our patient-centered practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, comprehensive oral healthcare to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and ongoing maintenance of optimal oral health. We are committed to continuous professional growth and offer comprehensive training in advanced techniques, including Rotary Endodontics, Laser Dentistry, and other state-of-the-art dental procedures.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Diagnosis & Treatment Planning:

1.Conduct comprehensive oral examinations, assess dental health, and accurately diagnose diseases, injuries, and malformations of the teeth, gums, and related oral structures.

2.Interpret diagnostic aids, such as X-rays and intra-oral images, to determine oral health conditions.

3.Develop and present personalized, effective treatment plans in alignment with patient needs and best practices.

Clinical Procedures:

1.Perform a wide range of general dental procedures, including preventative, restorative, and minor surgical treatments (e.g., fillings, root canals, simple extractions, crowns, and bridges).

2.Administer local anesthesia and prescribe medications (e.g., antibiotics, pain relievers) as necessary.

3.Apply preventative treatments such as sealants and fluoride.

4.Perform cosmetic procedures (e.g., teeth whitening).

Patient Education & Care:

1.Educate and advise patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, diet, disease prevention, and post-procedure care.

2.Maintain excellent chairside manner to ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and at ease, especially those with dental anxiety.

Training and Professional Development

We actively support the professional growth of our dentists. We will provide dedicated, hands-on training and mentorship in advanced clinical areas, which include:

1.Rotary Endodontics: In-depth training on efficient and effective root canal procedures using modern rotary systems.

2.Laser Dentistry: Instruction on using dental lasers for soft tissue management, periodontal therapy, and various other clinical applications.

3.Advanced Procedures: Training and mentorship on other complex or specialized dental-related procedures as required by the practice.

4.Continuing Education: Support for attending relevant workshops, conferences, and continuing education courses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
