Position Available Part-time Physical Therapist Assistant First Step Therapy is currently seeking a PTA to join our growing multidisciplinary team at GenCare PPEC, treating clients with a variety of diagnoses ranging from age 0-21 years old within their natural environment. We provide services in schools, daycares, ABA centers, PPECs, and homes. First Step Therapy believes in therapist autonomy and allows providers to choose the setting(s) that best aligns with their skill set. 1099 position available with opportunity to increase to W2 status. Physical therapist assistants work with patients that have developmental delays, teaching them functional skills to improve independence. Assistants monitor and document progress throughout the treatment period.
