Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor. The Counselor will be responsible for providing academic and career counseling to students, assisting with enrollment and program selection, conducting orientations and workshops, and offering ongoing support throughout the students' educational journey. The role involves actively engaging with students to understand their goals and guiding them towards successful career outcomes. The position is based in Serilingampalli. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students Experience in academic and career counseling Ability to organize and conduct orientations and workshops Proficient in identifying and addressing students' academic and career needs Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Familiarity with AI training programs and career pathways is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field
