We are seeking a seasoned GEN AI Lead to spearhead our generative AI initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI and a passion for driving innovation through advanced technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of generative AI projects within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and enhancement.
Develop and maintain AI models, algorithms, and frameworks to drive innovation.
Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions deployed in production environments.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in AI best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in AI/ML with a focus on generative models.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in a production environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
