This is one of the stronger production-oriented Gen AI opportunities, not just a prompt-engineering or chatbot-development role.

Exp – 5-7 Yrs

Gurgaon/Pune

Core skills (must-have):

• Hands-on experience building Gen AI / LLM-based applications
• Strong Python programming skills
• Prompt engineering and working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases
• Familiarity with Gen AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Good understanding of software engineering practices (Git, code reviews, testing)

Preferred: Enterprise Authoring Platform Build

• Experience designing and building reusable Gen AI authoring frameworks or accelerators

• Containerization and deployment on Kubernetes (EKS or similar)
• Working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and vector stores for application data and retrieval

Role expectations: The person should be able to debug issues on the existing platform, work within and update the existing codebase, and engage directly with the client on both the business and tech side.
