Job Title : Data Scientist / GenAI Engineer Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic Data Scientist / GenAI Engineer to join our team in Bangalore or Kochi. The ideal candidate will be skilled at leveraging advanced analytical techniques to create impactful data-driven solutions. Your primary focus will be to ensure the security and efficacy of our platform by seamlessly integrating AI technologies. Primary Skills Required : Proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning tasks. Experience in implementing and tuning machine learning and deep learning models. Hands-on experience in the GenAI space, including familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) and their ecosystems. Expertise in data preparation, cleansing, and model packaging. Strong understanding of model monitoring and parameter tuning. Knowledge in vector databases, embeddings, and model deployment. Desirable Skills : Experience in AWS and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to work as part of a team and drive results. Responsibilities : Develop and deploy machine learning and GenAI models to optimize risk assessments and generate actionable insights. Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends and patterns that inform model development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and integrate AI solutions. Design and maintain robust data pipelines and databases for large-scale projects. Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate models. Develop comprehensive documentation related to data science processes and model architectures. Engage with stakeholders to define key performance metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives.
