About the Role

Gen AI Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy

  Generative AI models

  (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) for business applications.
• Develop

  end-to-end AI pipelines

  including data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Implement

  prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Agentic AI , Azure Congnitive and model optimization techniques

  to improve performance.
• Integrate AI models into

  production-ready applications

  via APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, product teams) to align AI solutions with business needs.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in

  Gen AI, NLP, computer vision, and multimodal models

  .
• Ensure solutions comply with

  security, scalability, and ethical AI standards

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  and frameworks like

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Large Language Models (OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.)

  .
• Experience in

  fine-tuning, training, and deploying LLMs

  .
• Knowledge of

  vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)

  for RAG implementations.
• Experience with

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong background in

  data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles

  .
• Familiarity with

  LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks

  is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience building

  Gen AI-powered applications

  (chatbots, copilots, content generators, recommendation systems).
• Understanding of

  MLOps, CI/CD pipelines

  , and model monitoring.
• Knowledge of

  multimodal AI (text, image, audio, video)

  is desirable.
• Contributions to open-source Gen AI projects are a strong plus.
  

Education

• Bachelors/Masters degree in

  Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field

  .
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
