About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Gen AI Consultant with 1"“3 years of hands-on experience to join our team

This role is ideal for someone passionate about applying cutting-edge generative AI technologies to solve real-world business problems

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions leveraging LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, and related tools.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI-based solutions.

Develop and fine-tune prompts for large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).

Design, prototype, and test generative AI applications (chatbots, content generation tools, copilots, etc.).

Evaluate and integrate APIs and SDKs from leading Gen AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Hugging Face, etc.).

Conduct research on Gen AI advancements and provide recommendations for adoption.

Support model evaluation, performance tuning, and bias/ethics considerations.

Document solutions, workflows, and best practices for internal and client use.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

1"“3 years of experience working in AI/ML, with at least 1 year in generative AI applications.

Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI SDK).

Solid understanding of LLMs, NLP concepts, and prompt engineering.

Experience building proof-of-concepts and deploying Gen AI solutions.

Familiarity with tools like Jupyter, VS Code, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Good To Have

Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).

Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

Understanding of model fine-tuning or RLHF.

Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
