We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our finance and administrative operations. Maintain accounts receivable and payable with accuracy. Ensure bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations are completed on time. Process payments after verifying amounts, and get approvals from Head Office before release. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail in all financial tasks. Knowledge about GST compliance and maintain proper tax documentation. Work closely with vendors and ensure timely reconciliation and payments. Manage and update general ledger entries regularly. Prepare financial reports , assist in audits, and support other admin/accounting tasks. Utilize MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and other office tools for analysis and reporting. Maintain organized records and support the finance team in month-end closures. Candidate Profile Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in logistics or related industries . Proficient in Tally and MS Office (especially Excel). Solid understanding of general ledger accounting , GST , and reconciliations . Excellent organizational , problem-solving , and communication skills. Must own a 2-wheeler for local travel requirements. B.Com / M.Com graduates preferred. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
