Recognised under the Startup India initiative by DPIIT, we combine storytelling with technical precision to help businesses communicate complex innovations with clarity and confidence. We serve high-growth startups, SaaS/AIaaS companies, AI/ML product firms, and cloud/cybersecurity enterprises, among others, across India. As we scale our operations aggressively, we're looking for a dynamic Business Head who can build, lead, and scale our sales organization from the ground up while driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Architect and execute the company's end-to-end B2B sales strategy to build a robust revenue pipeline from scratch. Take complete ownership of revenue generation, setting ambitious targets, and establishing scalable processes for forecasting and reporting. Hire, train, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team as the company scales. Personally drive high-value client acquisition, from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closing deals with key accounts in the tech sector. Collaborate directly with the Founder and creative teams to align sales objectives with company vision and service delivery capabilities. Represent Geekery in the industry, forging strategic partnerships and identifying new market opportunities to drive long-term growth. Candidate Requirements: Proven track record of building and scaling a B2B sales pipeline from zero in a startup or high-growth environment. Demonstrated experience in a sales leadership or business head capacity, with a strong understanding of the B2B tech or media agency landscape. Must be based in Mumbai and willing to travel within the city for client meetings and networking events. Possesses strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and act decisively to drive commercial outcomes. An entrepreneurial "builder" mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of creating something from the ground up. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Must own a personal laptop and be comfortable with remote collaboration tools. Work Model & Benefits: Hybrid Leadership Role: A mix of remote work with in-person meetings and client visits within Mumbai as required. Leadership Incentives: In addition to a fixed salary, you will be eligible for performance-based commissions and upsell bonuses after a 90-day probation period.
