Role Overview: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strong prospect relationships, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role is key to driving our revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential customers using LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels. Reach out to prospects and generate interest in Geedesk solutions. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure a healthy sales pipeline. Schedule product demos for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or inside sales (SaaS experience preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong research, prospecting, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
