Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects across various initiatives for a given client. As the project manager, you will have high visibility with clients and will collaborate with multiple internal teams to effectively coordinate timely and high-quality delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing Sabre products and solutions delivery for Agency Customer implementations, understanding project management delivery methodology, and overseeing the development and implementation process of the company's products and services. You will be working under general direction to manage departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivering new or existing products. Your projects will be complex in scope, and you will be responsible for planning and directing schedules and budgets in a rapidly changing environment. Additionally, you will be involved in identifying customer needs, monitoring projects from initiation through delivery, supporting change management processes, managing escalations, and ensuring interdepartmental collaboration for project completion within budget constraints. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 10+ years of global travel agency/travel tech industry experience, with at least 5-7 years of Project Management experience. Good knowledge of the GDS industry, travel agency processes, and operational standards is preferred. Understanding Sabre products and services will be an added advantage. Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership, team coordination skills, and experience working in a matrix organization are essential.
