Roles and Responsibilities

• Application Support Managements: Triaging SuccessFactor incident, service request and change request using ticketing tool and managing SLA and KPI set by the customers.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest updates, stay certified and enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with organizational goals.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project and CR documentation, including functional specifications, system configurations, and user guides.
• System Testing and Troubleshooting: Participate in system testing, identify issues, and troubleshoot to ensure smooth operation.
• User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for users when needed and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the system.
• Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement/support SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, PGM, LMS, RC, ONB, SP etc) to meet client needs.
• Analyse Business Requirements: Understand and analyse the client's HR processes and system requirements.
  

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple customers and deadlines effectively
• Certification: Valid SAP SuccessFactors certification in one of the modules is a must
• Experience: Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or in a similar role.
