Job Title - MEP Manager Design Locations - Bangalore, Mumbai, Vadodara Experience & Education: Experience: Minimum 9+ years in MEP design and management Educational Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Job Overview We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager Design who will take full responsibility for managing the design of Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems for complex projects. The ideal candidate will blend strong technical expertise, cross-functional coordination, and leadership capabilities to deliver high-quality design outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the full MEP design process , covering HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Fighting systems—ensuring integration with architectural and structural disciplines. Oversee and review detailed design drawings and calculations, including load sizing, equipment selection, and adherence to relevant codes and standards (e.g., NBC, IS). Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless system integration and design coordination. Prepare and validate tender and GFC (Good for Construction) drawing sets , along with BOQs and technical specifications. Utilize MEP design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and calculation software for HVAC/plumbing/fire systems. Experience with Revit is a distinct advantage. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design teams, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Conduct site visits as needed for design validation and implementation guidance to the execution team. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and QA/QC standards in all design deliverables.
