Job Description

Role Overview: You are a skilled Looker Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience, having a strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and optimize scalable data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Your expertise in LookML, data visualization, and GCP data services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Looker dashboards, Looks, and Explores to provide valuable business insights. - Create and optimize LookML models, views, and derived tables. - Collaborate with business and data engineering teams to understand reporting needs and transform them into scalable BI solutions. - Integrate Looker with BigQuery and other GCP data sources. - Optimize data pipelines and queries for improved performance and cost efficiency. - Implement data governance, access control, and documentation for Looker projects. - Support and troubleshoot Looker deployments to ensure data accuracy and timely report delivery. - Stay updated on new GCP and Looker features to enhance existing solutions. Qualification Required: - Strong experience with Looker, particularly in LookML modeling, Explores, and Dashboards. - Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially in BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub. - Proficiency in SQL and data modeling. - Experience in working with large-scale datasets and optimizing queries. - Understanding of ETL/ELT workflows and data warehousing concepts. - Previous experience in integrating Looker with GCP-based data architectures. - Possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.,
