GC Travels is seeking a motivated and organized Front Office/Admin executive to manage daily administrative and front office tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Note: Only Female Candidates required for the profile. Key Responsibilities: - Handle front desk operations, including answering calls and responding to customer inquiries. - Assist in managing bookings, travel itineraries, and customer support. - Maintain records, update databases, and organize files. - Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for smooth business operations. - Manage emails, documentation, and scheduling appointments. - Support marketing and promotional activities when required. - Assist in basic HR/admin tasks like attendance tracking and office coordination. - Ensure a professional and welcoming front office environment. Requirements: - Education: Minimum graduate or pursuing a degree in any discipline. - Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers welcome). - Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi). - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Customer service-oriented approach.
