GC Estimator

As a highly motivated Estimating Engineer at our professional company, your role will involve utilizing software such as Planswift and Bluebeam for accurate project estimation. You will collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather project details and requirements, perform detailed material take-offs for construction projects, and prepare cost estimates including labor, materials, and equipment. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in bid preparation and submission, reviewing project plans and specifications, and maintaining accurate records of estimating data and project documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and cost factors. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in estimation - Construction-related qualifications or related estimation certificates are a plus - Proficiency in Planswift and Bluebeam software - Strong understanding of construction methods and materials - Excellent mathematical and analytical skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - US-based client experience is preferred Please note that job timings and salary will be determined after the interview based on your experience.
