Key responsibilities Develop and implement quality standards: Create and enforce quality control processes, policies, and objectives to meet company and industry standards. Monitor and inspect: Oversee the production process, inspect products at various stages, and conduct audits to ensure quality and consistency. Analyze data and improve processes: Collect and analyze data on quality performance to identify trends and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage teams: Lead, train, and support a team of quality control personnel, providing guidance and ensuring they understand quality procedures. Report and communicate: Prepare detailed reports on findings for senior management and communicate with other departments, suppliers, and stakeholders to align quality efforts with business goals. Ensure compliance: Maintain adherence to legal, health, safety, and regulatory standards. Required skills and qualifications Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, leadership and interpersonal abilities, and excellent communication.
