GB - Bill to Cash

You are invited to attend a Walk-in Drive scheduled for Saturday, 1 March "25 at WTW Global Delivery and Solutions India Private Limited. The walk-in timings are from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm. The role available is for GB - Bill to Cash (Accounting and Settlement) with a requirement of 0 to 5 years of experience, welcoming freshers as well. The position entails working in a Day rotational shift (6.30 am to 3.30 pm/1.30 pm to 10.30 pm) in a Hybrid work style. The venue for the walk-in drive is located at i Think Techno Campus, 7th Floor, A&B Wing, Off Pokhran Road No. 2, Close to Eastern Express Highway, Thane (West) 400 607. As a part of the role, you will be responsible for conducting reconciliation of incoming & outgoing statements for Clients/Carriers, maintaining up-to-date records on the operating system. You will perform daily cash management duties, including posting cash to the ledgers, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring proper allocation of funds within agreed SLAs. It will also involve managing ledger maintenance requests on a daily basis, updating records of actions taken on the operating system, and handling document & backup requests from customers within agreed timelines. Additionally, vigilance and responsiveness to urgent activities, adherence to Group policies and procedures, escalation of errors and incidents to the Line Manager, and proactively supporting key initiatives for implementing change will be crucial aspects of the role. You will participate and contribute to team huddles & team meetings regularly. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum Bachelor's degree, be proficient in MS Office Applications, have sound communication skills, a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, ability to learn new processes and systems, and switch & prioritize multiple tasks as per requirements. Core tasks will include Bank Details Loading (Entity transfers), Value date confirmation to clients/carriers, email management, service hub management, and more.,
