Position: Store Manager Location: Chandkheda Reports to: Sales head About Us Gavyadhar Organic Pvt. With a growing footprint in both offline and online retail, we aim to deliver authentic organic experiences to our customers. Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee our company store operations. The role involves managing walk-in customers with excellent service, handling e-commerce orders (Amazon, Website, and other platforms), and ensuring smooth store functioning as a key hub for both offline and online sales. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Sales Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product knowledge and guidance. Achieve store sales targets through effective customer engagement. Maintain strong product knowledge to upsell/cross-sell. Store Operations Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cleanliness, and display management. Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with the warehouse/HO for replenishment. Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed. E-commerce Order Fulfilment Manage and process online orders (Amazon, Company Website, other platforms) from the store. Coordinate packing and dispatch of e-commerce orders on time. Maintain accurate records of online sales and stock allocated for e-commerce. Team & Reporting Supervise store staff (if any), ensure discipline and productivity. Prepare daily sales and stock reports. Share customer feedback and insights with the management team. Requirements Graduate in any discipline; certification in Retail Management is a plus. 2–5 years of experience in retail store operations, preferably in FMCG / Food / Organic products. Experience with e-commerce order processing (Amazon, Flipkart, or company-owned website). Strong communication and customer service skills. Tech-savvy; ability to work with POS systems, Excel, and online portals. Ability to multitask and manage both offline & online store requirements efficiently.
