Role & responsibilities Assist in managing the server room and ensuring proper system functioning. Install, repair, and maintain desktop computers and hardware components Diagnose and resolve system and printer-related issues Perform hardware upgrades and routine maintenance checks Support basic IT network and connectivity issues Maintain logs of repairs and service activities Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any stream Bachelors degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 12 years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration. Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, LAN/WAN, and server environments. Strong knowledge of desktop computers and basic maintenance Good troubleshooting and hardware diagnostic skills Experience in hardware support and printer servicing Basic understanding of IT networks Relevant certifications or vocational training preferred
