As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at our company, you will play a vital role in architecting and developing our core AI products. Working closely with the founders, you will have the unique opportunity to shape both our technology and company culture. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing scalable AI-driven products from scratch, leading the development of foundational AI technologies and intelligent workflows, setting high technical standards for code quality and performance, building end-to-end solutions using our diverse tech stack, shipping features rapidly in a high-growth environment, and collaborating with the founders on strategic technical decisions. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in AI product development, possess strong problem-solving skills, demonstrate quick learning abilities, excel in cross-functional collaboration, and have a proven track record of end-to-end product ownership. Proficiency in multiple technologies is essential for this role. You should be comfortable with Backend technologies like Python and Golang, Frontend technologies such as Next.js and JavaScript, AI/ML technologies like LangChain, LangGraph, and LLMs, as well as have experience in Mobile development for Android and iOS.
