You will be responsible for managing the tool crib operations of the organization. This includes manning the crib distribution window, ensuring crib security, collecting and maintaining tools, organizing tools, and general tool crib maintenance. Additionally, you will be involved in skill development of the manpower working in the store. Your key responsibilities will also include managing the tool inventory, keeping detailed records of tool transactions, and documenting indirect inventory such as PCS and GR. You must have exposure to ISO, TS, TPM, OHSAS, SHE, and ISO45001. As the individual in charge of overall tool crib operations, you will develop and oversee policies and procedures related to the acquisition, storage, use, and disposal of tools. You will work towards improving the 5S score, ensuring TPM activity in the tool crib and CTS, and maintaining a safe environment on the shop floor.
