As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling the receipt and issuance of gauges, tools, and other store items. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that proper documentation and verification procedures are followed during material receipt and dispatch. Your duties will also include initiating Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for required items in the ERP system, thereby facilitating timely procurement. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and maintaining item masters in the ERP system, as well as processing cancellations or corrections of issued items when necessary. A significant aspect of your role will involve maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting in physical stock verification, and participating in the reconciliation process. While not mandatory, having a basic understanding of engineering drawings and gauges will be advantageous in handling precision tools and equipment effectively. Adherence to company policies and safety standards, along with maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the store area, will be essential components of your daily responsibilities. Your commitment to compliance and housekeeping will contribute to a safe and organized work environment. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. Proficiency in English is preferred, and availability for the Day Shift is also preferred. The work location is in person, providing an opportunity for hands-on engagement in the role.,
