We are now expanding our engineering capabilities to strengthen our PLC automation systems across our product line. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities • Design and develop PLC programs (ladder logic / structured text) for product automation systems. • Implement and test redundant (Master–Slave) PLC configurations for shutter and gate control. • Create I/O mappings, wiring diagrams, and Modbus register tables for system integration. • Integrate PLCs with BMS/SCADA systems via Modbus RTU/TCP. • Work with the electrical panel design team to finalize relay interfacing, wiring layouts, and field connections. • Conduct FAT/SAT testing, simulate logic, and perform on-site commissioning. • Maintain PLC logic documentation, I/O lists, and backup programs. • Provide post-installation debugging, maintenance, and support. • Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure seamless system performance. 🧠 Required Skills & Expertise • PLC Platforms: Delta DVP series (e.g., DVP14SS211R/T, DVP16SP11R/T/TS). • Software Tools: Delta WPLSoft or ISPSoft, AutoCAD Electrical (basic). • Protocols: Modbus RTU/TCP, RS-485 communication. • Control Systems: Redundant PLC operation, relay-based I/O interfacing, interlocks. • Domain Knowledge: Shutter/gate control systems, safety edge logic, motor & limit switch integration. • Electrical Skills: 24VDC wiring, relays, contactors, panel wiring verification. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills. • Willingness to travel for site setup and commissioning (as required).
