Diagnose and manage complex GI conditions: GI bleeds, IBD, liver cirrhosis, pancreatitis, and hepatobiliary disorders.
Perform upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, sigmoidoscopy, polypectomy, and therapeutic endoscopic interventions. Interpret advanced GI imaging and biopsy reports, and guide patient management accordingly. Provide consultation and critical care support for GI emergencies. Collaborate with surgical teams for gastroenterology-related operative cases. Engage in teaching and training of postgraduates, residents, and medical students. Participate in CMEs, academic sessions, and clinical case discussions. Ensure compliance with NABH and other clinical protocols for patient safety and quality care. Contribute to departmental research and publications in reputed journals.
