A Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting and ensuring smooth operations Their duties include:1 Data Entry: Recording and updating information into the database accurately and efficiently 2 Processing Transactions: Handling and processing routine transactions such as invoices, receipts, and payments 3 Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records of transactions and other relevant data 4 Customer Support: Answering customer inquiries, resolving problems, and providing information as needed 5 Documentation: Preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing files 6 Compliance: Ensuring all activities comply with company policies and regulations 7 Team Support: Assisting team members and contributing to team goals 8 Reporting: Generating reports and presenting findings to management The ideal candidate for this role should have attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
