Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Asansol for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field service tasks, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. The role demands an individual who can work independently and collaboratively to ensure equipment operates efficiently and meets client needs. Qualifications Field Service, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills Preventive Maintenance and Customer Service skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Asansol Relevant technical certification or engineering degree Experience in the machinery or related industry is a plus
