We are seeking a creative and talented Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design solutions that meet the needs and preferences of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, create design concepts, produce detailed drawings, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to bring those concepts to life. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints. Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to clients for approval. Create detailed interior design plans, including layout, color schemes, furniture selections, lighting plans, and material specifications. Provide guidance on materials, finishes, and furnishings to ensure aesthetic cohesion and functionality. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless implementation of design plans. Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and emerging design techniques. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met. Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of ongoing projects and make necessary adjustments. Maintain accurate records of project details, communication, and expenses. Qualifications: Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or a related field. Proven experience of minimum 2 years as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of spatial planning, color theory, materials, and furnishings. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey design ideas to clients and team members. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
