Job Title: Founder’s Office Intern Start Date: 1st September 2025 (3-6 months), 25hrs/week Stipend: INR 2,000 per month + upto 50% performance-linked incentive About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and entrepreneurial Founder’s Office Intern to support our efforts in building an imports-driven business model for the Indian construction industry. The role will focus on researching new-age equipment used globally, identifying international suppliers, evaluating feasibility for the Indian market, and shaping a go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will also assess the potential of importing products versus setting up local manufacturing units, enabling the company to design scalable business solutions for India’s rapidly evolving construction sector. This position is ideal for candidates interested in strategy, international trade, and construction industry, who want to gain first-hand exposure to building a business from the ground up. What You’ll Do Identify Emerging Construction Products: Research innovative equipment and materials being adopted globally in the construction industry. Supplier Sourcing: Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and manufacturers across international markets. Business Model Development: Assess feasibility of imports into India (pricing, compliance, logistics, demand) and design sustainable business models around promising products. Market Validation & GTM Strategy: Conduct interviews with Indian construction firms and stakeholders to validate demand, and prepare GTM strategies for product entry. Import vs Manufacturing Feasibility: Evaluate whether to import products or establish domestic production capabilities. Collaborate with Founders: Work directly with the founding team on strategic decision-making, research findings, and execution roadmap. Who You Are A strategic thinker with strong research and analytical skills. Comfortable with primary research (interviews, surveys) and secondary research (industry reports, analysis). Curious about the construction industry and eager to explore new technologies and innovations. Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently and suggesting actionable insights. Strong communication skills to interact with suppliers, stakeholders, and teams.
