To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Textile or Apparel Production, with at least 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, preferably in knitwear. Strong leadership and team management skills, in-depth knowledge of garment production processes, machinery, and techniques, proficiency in Excel and production software/MIS, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential. The working hours for this role are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with flexibility as per production needs.
