Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Gardener to maintain the greenery, landscape, and outdoor areas. The candidate will be responsible for planting, nurturing, and maintaining plants, trees, lawns, and ensuring the garden areas remain neat, healthy, and beautiful.

Key Responsibilities

Plant, water, prune, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns.
Regularly mow grass, trim hedges, and remove weeds.
Prepare soil, add fertilizers, and manage composting.
Identify and control pests, plant diseases, and ensure healthy growth.
Maintain gardening tools, equipment, and irrigation systems.
Seasonal planting and landscaping as required.
Ensure cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep of the garden area.
Assist in decorating premises with plants for functions/events.

Requirements / Skills

Basic knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques.
Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment (lawnmower, trimmer, etc.).
Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather.
Attention to detail and responsibility towards plant care.
Prior experience as a Gardener / Mali preferred.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum 8th / 10th pass (preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in gardening/landscaping.
