Factory Floor Manager Corrugated Box Manufacturing Factory Location: Derabassi, Punjab Experience Required: 8 12 years in Corrugated Box / Packaging Manufacturing Industry Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily factory floor operations for corrugated box production. * Ensure smooth workflow across production lines (printing, die-cutting, pasting, stitching, bundling). * Manage manpower deployment, training, and shift scheduling. * Monitor production targets, reduce downtime, and ensure timely deliveries. * Maintain quality control as per industry standards. * Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and dispatch teams. * Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and factory norms. * Optimize resource utilization and reduce wastage. Desired Candidate Profile: * Minimum 8 years experience in corrugated box / packaging unit. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Hands-on knowledge of machines (automatic & semi-automatic). * Problem-solving mindset with focus on productivity & cost-efficiency.
