Job Title: Office Assistant Department: Administration Reports To: Office Manager / Admin Head / HR Manager Location: Greater Noida Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and assist team members as needed. Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally. Greet and assist visitors, clients, or customers in a courteous manner. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoice tracking (if required). Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed. Ensure cleanliness and organization of office areas, including meeting rooms and reception. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. Operate office equipment like printers, copiers, and scanners. Qualifications:Minimum Graduate Minimum 1 Year experience Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Preferred Skills:Familiarity with office management procedures. Basic understanding of office equipment maintenance. Positive and friendly demeanor.
