Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Mahad. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production facility, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with different departments, supervising staff, maintaining quality control, and optimizing productivity and cost-efficiency. The Production Manager will also be responsible for implementing continuous improvement initiatives and reporting to upper management. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Production Management, Process Optimization, and Quality Control Experience with Safety Standards, Compliance, and Regulatory Requirements Proficiency in Supervisory Skills, Team Coordination, and Staff Management Excellent Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Organizational Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field Previous experience in the specialty chemicals industry is a plus
