The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing processes, ensure quality control, manage production schedules, and coordinate with various departments to optimize efficiency. The role involves monitoring production outputs, implementing safety standards, and driving continuous improvements to meet production goals. The Production Manager will also be responsible for training staff and maintaining a productive work environment.
